Rosendal Barony Sophie 2018

The Barony Sophie 2018 is a rich, complex Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A classic, full-bodied blend with a deep ruby plum colour. Ripe and juicy layers of enticing blackcurrant and blackberry fruit entice on the nose, while a hint of cedar adds some heady spice. The tannins are still firm, and the wine will benefit from cellaring for up to 10 years after harvest. 

Serve this incredible red wine with a flavourful smoked duck breast, slow-braised beef cheeks or Asian barbecue lamb ribs.
