Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only possible within Germany. 

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

We calculate the shipping costs according to shipping weight:

Bestellungen von 1 bis 12 Flaschen/Tubes = 6,95 €
Bestellungen von 13 bis 18 Flaschen/Tubes = 8,95 €
Bestellungen von 19 bis 31 Flaschen/Tubes  = 17,95 €
ab 32 Flaschen/Tubes = 49,95€

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
