It impressed us at KAPVINUM just as much as it prompted the Michelangelo wine experts to award it a gold medal. Twenty-year-old vines on the southern slopes of the Tierberg Mountains are home to the wonderfully refreshing Waterlily Shiraz Rosé from the Bloemendal vineyards in Durbanville near Cape Town.
