This delicate brood takes its name from the "dancing lights of the sky", the northern lights.

Grapes such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir ripen particularly well in the South African sun, the almost Mediterranean climate, the long summers and mild winters. These grapes provide the basis for this intensely flavoured and delicate brut.

The Rosendal Nordly Brut MCC has a lively flavour, with exciting hints of flint and roasted nuts. These smoky and mineral notes form an exciting contrast to the fruity and fresh flavours of green apples and passion fruit.
