The Straw Wine shows a rich golden colour and typical botrytis characteristics in its rich bouquet with notes of peach, citrus blossom, caramel and tea leaves. On the palate, you will experience nuances of fynbos honey and dried fruit, balanced by a refreshing acidity.

Bloemendal Noble Late Harvest is a field blend of hand-harvested Semillion from 19 year old vines and Sauvignon Blanc from 32 year old vines on the southern slope of Canon Mountain.

20% new, 20% second fill, 30% third fill and 30% fourth fill French oak barrels.
