Rosendal Barony Cabernet Franc Rosé Harmoni 2021

The wine was harvested in Wellington, which is known as the birthplace of vines in the Western Cape. Fertile soils and abundant sunlight during the growing season have contributed to the region's success in producing grapes and wine of the highest quality.

The grapes were picked by hand early in the morning. The berries were lightly crushed before they had enough skin contact to extract the pale pink colour from the skins. The juice was then extracted from the skins and the fermentation process lasted 10 days. The wine was bottled in October.

The wine is dry and crisp with a zesty grapefruit finish.
Perfect with salads! Delicious with smoked salmon roulade or goat's cheese, beetroot and asparagus salad.
