An inspiring blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir

The Brut MCC from Klein Welmoed is not only unique, but also a sparkling wine that is still produced in the traditional way. The second fermentation of the masterful Brut MCC takes place in the bottle.

It then matures for a period of 15 months before being sold in our shop. The sparkling wine is based on an exciting blend and uses two grape varieties that are among the most popular in the world.

This classic consists of 65 % Pinot Noir, yet the Chardonnay plays a dominant role and provides a pure highlight. Citrus paired with red fruits give this Brut MCC a flavour full of character.
