Made from organic grapes from two hand-picked rows of Shiraz vines grown on the deep red, South African Malmesbury soils of the Swartland in South Africa, this delicious red wine reveals itself in layers of subtlety and mystique. Natural fermentation in third-fill French oak barrels with only Piseage (punch-down) followed by 24 months of maturation in third-fill French oak barrels.

Great ageing potential, and should be decanted before the first glass to allow the flavours to develop. A velvety texture with mulberries, cloves, aniseed, violets and cedar on the nose, as well as deep flavours of cassis, allspice, white pepper and marzipan.
