Die Trauben werden in kleinen Kisten geerntet, von Hand gepflückt und über Nacht im Kühlraum aufbewahrt, bevor sie am nächsten Tag verarbeitet werden. Das Fruchtfleisch wurde leicht gepresst. Der Saft wurde 13 Tage mit Oeno Pink Hefe vergoren. Anschließend wurde der Wein in Flaschen verfüllt und reifte in diesen für 4 Monate.
